RDMs are not supported. They are also not very 'cloud like' since they aren't easily movable.
There is also no way to share a disk in vCloud Director, without cheating in an unsupported way. This also probibits most clustering efforts that use a drive to do so (RDM or Virtual).
Break Cluster? you'll want to talk to Microsoft about that.
