and by the way.. on other PC (phenom x2, much slower GPU(4650)) the game im playing runs with 20 fps, and on my FX-6300 and with faster GPU (5770) it runs like 3 fps..
tried reinstalling vmware tools, and it didnt help, and its not slow disc either because i used it before on this disc, and it was running on 20 fps 
EDIT: This host supports AMD-V, but AMD-V is disabled., well looks like i found out whats the problem, but i cant rlly seem to find a way to enable it in bios 
EDIT2: my motherboard is GA-970A-DS3
EDIT3: updated bios, enabled AMD-V in bios, 64 BIT running like a charm, and 32 bit is 5-10 times slower O.o
