This issue is resolved.
How:
While converting the VM,please use "Power on Virtual Machine" option,connect the Powered on VM from Source & then the destination virtual machin(where you want to move your VM),while doing this you can choose the option to reduce/increase what ever partitions are currently there in your existing setup & what is your requirement.
