It looks as if the LogPath is pointin got a non-existant folder.
If you do
Get-VMMyVM|SelectName,@{N="LogPath";E={$_.ExtensionDataConfig.Files.LogDirectory}}
Can you check via the Datastore Browser if that folder actually exists ?
