Hi,
We are trying to route customer approval tasks to people that are defined as stakeholders to a specific CI value. So if someone chose a value of "GMBO" from a QD field on the submission form, I would want the workflow to route the approval task to the "stakeholder:Role Managing Director" for the CI chosen.
In order to set this up, in the customer approval task I chose "Stakeholder" and then "Request No/Request CIs/Stakeholder". However it seems that you have to define the CI in the Request Details screen (in the Linked CIs section) in the template in order to have this routed to a stakeholder correctly. The problem here seems to be that it then routes customer approval tasks to all stakeholders associated with ALL of the listed CI's (under the Linked CIs section).
Is there a way to have the "Linked CIs" field populated dynamically in the request details screen based off of the value that is selected from the submission form?
I'm hoping I am just missing something here in the way I am going about setting this up. We are running a VSM 9.1.4 environment. Thanks for any help/direction with this.
