the ovf file is on a d drive

so I am trying to import it from the d drive into the esxi server on a datastore named datastore1

ovftool d:\vm.ovf vi://root:password@10.180.0.7<mailto:root%3Apassword@10.180.0.7>

yes the password has a "!" in it
