Okay the .vmx configuration file is pointing to "Virtual Disk.vmdk" and that file is corrupt, only contains binary zeros, and the "Virtual Disk.vmdk" file André sent you is now named "Virtual Disk.vmdk2.vmdk" in the Virtual Machine Package.  You need to delete the existing "Virtual Disk.vmdk" file and replace it with the one André provided.  You can delete both the "Virtual Disk.vmdk2.vmdk" and "Windows Server 2008 R2 x64.vmdk2.vmdk" files.  Note the names have an extra .vmdk2 in the file name.  Hopfully the existing "Windows Server 2008 R2 x64.vmdk" file, 77414137856 in size, is okay and at this point do nothing with the "Windows Server 2008 R2 x64.vmdk" one he included.
