Actually I already solved the problem with the log on,  the "c" drive in vCenter server was full, so the deployment of the VMs was  very slow and difficult to know when the clone is loaded properly.  In my first test I deployed around 80  VM in 20 min, for the latest test it was around 1 day for the same amount.

I was confuse with the ramp up time, thanks for your explanation.  I am using the domain from my lab.

I was reading about how many VMs per LUN in VDI and seems is around 30 per LUN with 500 - 600 GB, that is true or what is the best way to set up the LUNs for View Planner ? Before I used 100 VM in a 2 TB LUN.
