Also, do you need to go through an HTTP proxy to reach your VC? If so, note that we normally we do not proxy connections to hosts within your local network. To change this behavior, run the "configure-network" tool when logged into the Support Assistant Virtual Appliance. Change the list of hosts not to proxy to some dummy value, say www.example.com. After you make the change, the web server on the VA should reboot. After the reboot happens, try registering again. Please let us know if this helps!
